Sex Crimes

Need an Attorney with a Client First Approach Willing to Fight on Your Behalf?

Just the accusation of a crime, in the eyes of some,  means that you are guilty until proven innocent.

Who will defend you against wrongful accusations?

Who will defend you against the media?

Who will vigorously defend President Trump or someone who participated in January 6th?

You need an advocate like our founding father John Adams who defended British soldiers accused of murder at the Boston Massacre, who were eventually found NOT GUILTY of murder by a jury.

The Arizona Supreme Court has held "The law does not require a defendant to prove innocence. Every defendant is presumed by law to be innocent. The charge is not evidence against the defendant. "
