Brad Miller – Jury Trial Attorney

Brad has advised and represented a diverse set of Clients – including those charged with criminal offenses, local businesses on matters involving contracts.

He has tried over 40 cases to a jury: in Federal, State Courts, and Military Courts. Brad has successfully defended businesses in litigation involving contract disputes. And has successfully tried cases in Federal District Courts, including a case involving discrimination under the Fair Housing Act.

Brad specializes in handling matters going to a jury trial. He handles matters either from the start or is brought into a case right before the trial is about to begin.

U.S. MARINE CORPS (RESERVE)

Brad is an attorney with the United States Marine Corps Reserve.  He serves as a Labor Law Attorney assisting active duty Marines and Sailors with their disability claims.  For the Reserves he has served as a consultant on General Courts-Martial going to jury trial.

ACTIVITIES

Brad sits on the Board of Directors of Paz de Cristo, which is the biggest homeless services organization in the East Valley.  It is the only place in the East Valley that serves a free meal every night.
